Chef Joël Robuchon always believed French and Japanese cuisine were the most subtle and their complimentarity set them apart from other cuisines, providing all the ingredients were meticulously selected and prepared!

An opportunity to enjoy the expertise of the family resturant, now run by the Chef's children Sophie, Éric and Louis Robuchon, who share our values and sense of French excellence.
